Perfecient BPO provides business process outsourcing services, specializing in institutional-quality solutions for the insurance sector. The specific scope, deliverables, and performance metrics for our services will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between the parties.

When utilizing our services, you agree to:

All materials, processes, methodologies, software, and intellectual property developed or provided by Perfecient BPO remain the exclusive property of Perfecient BPO. The client retains all rights to their proprietary data and materials provided to us for the purpose of executing the services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfecient BPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
